Note: A scratchpad that saves itself.
A plain-text scratchpad that saves as you type, with version history, trash and Markdown views, inside Limewisp.

Questions
- Where are my notes stored?
- On your own disk, in the app's data folder, as plain text. There is no cloud copy unless you put the folder in one yourself.
- What happens if the app crashes mid-sentence?
- A completed write is never torn. If the process is killed, text newer than the last write, a fraction of a second of typing, can be lost; version history covers the rest. The code editor also offers crash backups of unsaved files.
- Can agents read my notes?
- Only if you send them with Send to agent or switch on the Notes tools for MCP agents. Hide from AI keeps a note out of both. An agent that has its own access to your files can still read the notes folder.
