Questions
- Do I pay for AI usage through Limewisp?
- No. Limewisp runs the agent CLIs you already use, such as Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode, signed in with your own subscriptions or API keys. You keep paying those providers directly. Limewisp adds no usage limits and no markup, and it never proxies your tokens.
- Does a plan limit how much I can use my agents?
- No. Limewisp does not meter or cap your usage. A plan only decides which stations and features are unlocked.
- What is in each plan?
- Cadet is free: the Code and Note stations, local voice and one account per agent. Pro adds the Design, Name, Docs and Tools stations, LimeVerse, several accounts per agent, the voice co-pilot, the pre-release update channel and email support. Team adds shared projects, admin controls and priority support, for every seat.
- Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
- Yes, any time from Account, then Billing. We show a preview first: the unused part of your current term is deducted from the new one.
- How do I cancel?
- From Account, then Billing. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period, you keep access until then, and you can resume before it ends.
- Is there a refund window?
- Yes. Ask within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it. See the refund policy for the details.
